I'm Pierce Neinken, CEO & Co-Founder of Resource, a boutique real estate advisory firm helping high-growth and teams make faster, smarter workplace decisions. I also founded CRETech and previously worked at Airbnb and CBRE.

In every role, I’ve focused on aligning space with business outcomes—whether that’s scaling a team, rethinking HQ strategy, or integrating AI into deal workflows.

I’ve been fortunate to travel the world and immerse myself in cultures that shaped how I see and move through life. Along the way, certain concepts and values have anchored my worldview:

• Zhongyong (中庸): The Middle Way—balance, harmony, and thoughtful moderation.
• Saudade A uniquely poignant longing—for people, places, or moments that no longer are, but remain part of who we are.

I have a mild obsession with optimizing and planning and data, bringing structure to amorphous and dynamic situations.

Passions include travel (in my work I managed 400+ transactions in 30+ cities in 20+ countries), exploring the outdoors, staying in front of technology trends, and live music.
